Bake, 'Cause You're on Break!

Hello there! Got nothing to do today? Well then, let's bake some cookies to solve that problem! 

Food: Bake, 'Cause You're on Break! (baking chocolate-chip cookies)

Here's what we need.

Dry ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup white sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt

Food: Bake, 'Cause You're on Break! (baking chocolate-chip cookies)

Wet ingredients: 1 block butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, chocolate chips

Now that you've got that all covered, let's start the process! 

Beat wet ingredients together

Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing the ingredients

Add vanilla and mix

Mix dry ingredients on a separate bowl

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet batter

Add your chosen toppings like nuts, raisins, chocolates. We used the ever so popular chocolate chips!

Refrigerate for 1 and 1/2 hour

Pre-heat oven 360 degrees F

Scoop a small amount of the batter and roll them into tiny pingpong balls because when you heat them in the oven, they will spread and may stick to each other.

After 10-12 mins or until lightly brown around the edges, take them out of the oven and let them cool.

Here are your freshly baked cookies!
