Last September 15, Michael Kors relaunched their flagship store at Greenbelt 5. We were lucky enough to be one of the few people to witness their reopening, and take a sneak peek on the latest Fall collection.
Sensual strength…the Michael Kors woman juxtaposes softly draped dresses, skirts and blouses with powerfully tailored coats, jackets and trousers…the strong shoulder and defined waist…covered-up sexiness…the leg revealed through wrapping, slits and slashes…urban takes on languid kimonos and sarongs…the seductive allure of fringe…the gleam of molten silver and gold in liquid lame, grommets and paillettes…abstracted animal motifs from leopard to cheetah to python…the soft, crushable bag…the crisp city portfolio…architectural heels on choked pumps, slouchy boots and strappy sandals…tones of gray from banker to charcoal…rich accents of merlot and magnolia…the sleek chic of black…warm shades of camel, cream, saddle, chocolate and olive…the Kors man mixes sharp tailoring with utilitarian hardware and military strength…the strong-shouldered captain's coat and peacoat…the neatly tailored double-breasted jacket…the lean pleated trouser and oversized jean…the big city puffer…the streamlined messenger bag and sleek backpack…urbane luxe…This is Fall 2017.

1. Effortless Cool
Rich textures, flowy silhouettes, and high-shine hardware combine for an autumnal delivery with casual edge.
2. Rock Chic
'80s influences and masculine-femme mix capture a rock n' roll vibe in this luxe delivery. Heavy silver-tone hardware embolden the sleek palette of black, white and gray.
3. Tough Luxe
Elegant with an inherent edge, this predominantly noir delivery is heightened by high-shine silver accents and pops of statement accessories.
We love how the new store looks more chic and bright, catching the attention of whoever passes by. It's one of the most important things to make the store very eye-catching, yet not too blinding. The calming feeling you get when you enter the store makes you want to stay and look, and end up buying! Win-win?
