Good morning, Posh Squad! Are you the type of person who wakes up late, missing breakfast time? Then come lunch or dinner time, you crave for some breakfast goodness? We feel you! Also, it's so hard to cook breakfast in the morning when you're all sleepy and half awake. Maybe you already had something to cook in mind the night before, but then get lazy in the morning. Breakfast food cravings can strike at any point of the day, but there isn't always a spot that serves it past noon, not to mention one that does it well. For your indulgence, Le Petit Soufflé launches its all-day breakfast dishes for early and late risers alike. Oh yes!
Eggs benedict lovers are in for a treat with a classic take on the original, featuring smoky Black Forest Ham on toasted brioche buns, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Another favorite is the Smoked Salmon Benedict (first photo below), which is draped with lush dill-infused hollandaise.
More adventurous types will fall head over heels for Japanese-inspired twists, such as the Unagi Benedict, which is topped with charred fresh eel and bonito flakes; or the Pulled Chasyu Benedict, which features sautéed chasyu and mushrooms and is garnished with furikake.
Live it up even more with the Breakfast of Champions (second photo below), an aptly-named stack of thick-cut bacon, foie gras, red berry fruit compote, and sunny side up egg, tucked in a brioche bun, finished with hollandaise and maple syrup.
Take delight in comfort food done right, now yours for the taking from morning to evening.
Much love,
Candis & Daphne
