The weather here in Manila is scorching hot (surprise, surprise!), and we feel like making a little something to quench this thirst. What better way to make things fun and yummy at the same time than to make a smoothie! We thought of making a fruit smoothie to make the drink healthy. You can drink this during a workout sesh, make this as an alternative for those unhealthy sodas, or even for dessert. And, don't forget to be creative! See how we made our drink.
Ingredients:
1 mango
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (may add 1/2 cup of low-fat milk)
2 cups of cubed or crushed ice
Cornflakes or oats for topping
Put sliced mangoes, strawberries, yogurt (and milk), and ice into the juicer.
Wait until smoothie comes out.
Voila! The outcome!
