When No Other Hue Will Do

Having trouble dressing up and picking colors that would match? Ever think your outfit's too dull because you just go for the safe black and white combo? Well, fret no more! We have styled not one, not two, but three color combinations that can absolutely up your game.

We super adore this monochromatic color matching we recreated from Georgina Wilson and Martine Cajucom. An outfit that is entirely orange, blue, green, etc, isn’t something that you see often, but if done right it can turn out super cool and classy. It is perfectly easy to match clothes by using a monochromatic color scheme. A monochromatic color scheme features a lighter and a darker hue of one color. Any color will always match a whiter, greyer, or blacker version of itself. It's like wearing 50 shades of a color at once! Never knew that? Read on to see what we mean!

Minty hues are usually never one for the more easygoing look and often for the playful and cheery one. While I decided to balance it out by adding something from the opposite side of the spectrum, a bleached out denim jacket for texture and a more down-to-earth feel without breaking the blue/green color streak, you could go all out on the playfulness by even adding some bling or a couple more frilly things!

Every girl should always have a pair of red heels lying around their closet. Nothing can go wrong wearing a pair of bright red velvet pumps in a random Saturday afternoon. The color Red signifies empowerment which should be exemplified by every wearer. The perfect red heels shows class and versatility. It can easily be matched with almost anything in anyone's wardrobe. With that being said, just like your standard chic LBD, a perfect white tee, and a classic denim, it will never go out of style. It really justifies the saying "Nothing beats classic."

Not summer yet so you don't know what to do with your swimsuits? Try wearing a one piece swimwear with high waisted shorts. Very 70's, eh? Make it more playful by livening up the look with bright monochromatic colors. Some might think having one dominant color in a full outfit would seem too shocking, but who doesn't want to stand out in the crowd right? Kidding aside, just make sure the color hues complement each other so that it wouldn't seem "off." Finish with some pair of white sneakers to balance out the colors present in your outfit.

Hope you got ideas and try this style out!
