Project: Teach Lauren How to Bike

Aside from running as a daily exercise, another activity we can do is biking. Biking is good for cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility, and improves posture. It tones you all over, especially your legs. Who wouldn't like that, right? Working the handlebar sculpts your upper body too. Bike riding also gives us more energy!

If you guys didn't already know, which you probably don't, Lauren didn't know how to ride a bike. So, what we decided to do today was teach her how to. You know, it is never too late to learn something. If you want to, there is always a way.

So how did we, Candis and Daphne, teach Lauren how to ride a bike? Well honestly, we just asked her to see how we work our pedals and try it out herself. And we'd just follow behind her. The best way to learn something is to learn on your own and at your own pace. With that, there is no pressure.

You see? Lauren did learn how to ride a bike in less than 30 minutes! Wow, she's a fast learner huh? After that, you know what typical girls do.... Pose and take lots of pictures!
