It's Always Sunny in Manila

Maybe you've noticed the hoards of street-style stars sporting statement faux fur coats recently? Well, given the number of fall/winter runways that were awash in furry ensembles, it looks like the trend is showing no signs of slowing down. From the title of this post, it never gets chilly outside. Manila is either really sunny or really rainy. So how are we supposed to rock our collection of fur coats, aside from going abroad to do just that? Well, you can still strut in fur ensembles! Just know when and where to wear it!

We thought of an appropriate occasion and setting to incorporate fur in your outfits. Set up a garden party! #BELLEchorette feels! But you may think, what outfit can go well with fur, without making the fur the only one standing out? We have 3 looks for you today!

Lauren: A lengthier faux fur piece as opposed to a jacket or a cardigan complements well a floor-length dress; but even outside outdoor daytime parties and even sans lengthy garb, I'd dare sport faux fur when I'm feeling like it. My love for fur anything surpasses any dress code and roots far from my childhood years — I say when opportunity strikes, grab it! And don't let anybody, not even Manila weather, tell you otherwise! Hihi!

Candis: I love how a simple outfit can look so well put together just by adding some fur into your outfit. This top is a must-have and will surely be overused. It can be used in several ways like pairing it with denim shorts can give a casual vibe, using it as cover-up in the beach, or like my look for garden parties. This skirt is a genius invention as the slit on both sides of your legs is up to you. When you are feeling a little flirty, you can zip it higher and when you're feeling more prim and proper, you can zip it close. It can be worn both during work and clubbing.

Daphne: Similar to how I styled the looks on our previous post, I opted for a playsuit with cut-outs on the sides and wore a faux fur cardigan over to keep me toasty when it's windy. Playsuits are always a great choice when you're in doubt whether or not you should wear long or short, too striking or too boring. I like pieces with cut-outs since they give a subtle flirt while still remaining class. With the fur layering, the whole look seemed less showy. You can always take off the coat and show off some skin with this playsuit!

Looking for simple yet can make every head turn? Blanca and Zuri gives you that satisfaction with their sleek and sexy pieces, providing a touch of sweet and spice to your look. Remember, less is more! Check them out on: https://www.instagram.com/blancaandzuri/

We also have found another online store, aside from the above mentioned, where you can find elegant floral maxi dresses perfect for garden parties! Grab and go with StyleWe because everything is right at your fingertips!

And since we're going to an occasion where it's all about the natural and fresh look, no makeup makeup is the look to go for. We were so ecstatic when we got a package of Korean beauty products from Biens Beauty Bliss. We were able to try out the most talked about Labiotte wine lip tint and Nakeup Face powder cushion. The Nakeup Face powder cushion, it gives a light to medium coverage which is good for an everyday natural look. It feels light and smooth on the skin. Putting on the wine tint is super easy, and it does not have a thick consistency! It feels light, much like you won't feel you're wearing anything. It also has this nice berry-like smell and tastes sweet! The color slightly transfers but is really pigmented. So you can wear this for maybe half a day! For more Korean beauty products, visit https://www.instagram.com/biensbeautybliss/
